Hello Families!

March has been such a mixture of our strange Calgary weather, but we are happy to see

that warmer days are ahead and that means even more outside time! Once again, just a

reminder to please have your child dress for the weather- it makes it hard to get outside

when children are missing the proper outdoor gear for the current weather conditions.

(Whether it be slush, snow, or sunshine!)

We will be CLOSED for the Easter weekend on Friday, April 18 th & Monday, April 21 st .

There will be NO BEFORE OR AFTERCARE on those days.

We are doing an important fundraiser this month! We will be selling Little Caesars

Pizza kits! They have such a great selection of pizza kits, cookie dough AND their

awesome crazy bread!!! This fundraiser is a wonderful way to support our programs with

purchasing educational supplies. It is also a convenient, fun and affordable way to have

dinner with your family! Please stay tuned for more information in the next week.

The month of June seems to be a bit of a ways away, but it does sneak up fast, so with

this in mind, we would like to ensure all families know in advance when our regular

program ends, and our summer program begins. The last day for our regular program is

June 20 th . We will be closed the week of June 23 rd -27 th and will begin our summer

program June 30 th -July 4 th . (Please note that we will be closed for the Canada Day

statutory holiday on Tuesday, July 1 st .)

IMPORTANT DATES:

THERE IS NO SCHOOL MONDAY APRIL 18 th & 21st.

LITTLE CAESARS FUNDRAISER APRIL 7 th -22 nd

LITTLE CAESARS ORDER DELIVERY DAY APRIL 28th

LAST DAY OF PROGRAM JUNE 20 th

SUMMER PROGRAM BEGINS JUNE 30 th

NO PROGRAM ON JULY 1st

**Registration is ongoing for those families that are returning in September 2025 and if

you know anyone who may be interested, we would be happy to send a registration form

home. Our spaces are filling up, so be sure to get your registration and fee in as soon as

possible if you haven’t already!

**Registration for our summer program is still ongoing if you are interested or if anyone

you know might be! Please reach out to us to secure your spot. (Note that all children

currently registered in our OSC program DO NOT have to pay the summer registration

fee.)

Lastly, as always, please let us know if your child will be absent from our program at any
